What does the shipping cost?We charge € 12 per shipping for a registered delivery where you will be able to track your parcel from the time it leaves us until it arrives at your nearest post office. We call this shipping method “Standard Shipping”.
You also have the option to choose “Special Delivery”, which will involve a private shipping company. This option delivers your rings to your doorstep. We also recommend this option if you are in a hurry to get your rings, as this option tends to be a bit faster.

Do you offer a warranty for your rings?All our rings have a warranty. Contact us at [email protected] to know more about the warranty of the rings that you have purchased or are interested in.

Do I have the right to exchange? Unfortunately, we are unable to offer the right to exchange rings since they are manufactured per order especially for you. This corresponds to Chapter 2. § 3-5 of DHL of the Swedish law.

What kind of diamonds do you use?We certify that the diamonds we deliver on our wedding rings are so-called conflict-free diamonds. All manufacturers Rings of Sweden uses only serious suppliers of Diamonds.
